We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two reliable shipping methods to serve your needs:

Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
• Carrier: EMS
• Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our products just as our Barth trekking poles stand firm on challenging trails. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:
- In original, unworn condition
- With all original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- All compression socks (including Compression socks for women)
- Barts Basic Sock 2 Pack Kids
- Barts Vensie Slippers
- Falke Cosy Flip Flop
- All climbing shoes (including Black Diamond Momentum, Shadow, and W Method Climbing Shoes) if the rubber soles show signs of wear
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our Anchorage-based customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your item

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
For size exchanges on items like Barth Lace Semicircular trekking poles or Falke Cosyshoes Kids:
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly indicate your desired replacement size in your email
- We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return
- Expedited shipping for exchanges is available at additional cost
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Black Diamond climbing shoes or other gear arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
- Receive a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs
